"Shipping was just way too slow"
I was disappointed with this order, mostly because the delivery took forever. The tracking barely changed the whole time, so I kept checking it and still had no clue where the package actually was. I emailed to ask about it, but the reply didn’t really clear anything up. The bag itself is fine, I guess, but when shipping is that annoying it kind of makes the whole thing feel not worth it. I probably wouldn’t order again, even though the product wasn’t exactly the problem.

"Love the vegan concept, but wanted a bit more"
I really like that Sans Beast is vegan, and that was a big part of what drew me in. The styles are cute and definitely have that polished look, but I do wish they were a little more upfront about the sustainability side of things. For the price, I expected more detail and transparency about materials and production. Overall, I still like the brand, but I’m left feeling a bit unsure rather than fully excited.

"Not my style at all"
I really wanted to like Sans Beast, and I was actually in a good mood when I was browsing because the site photos looked really nice. But once I paid more attention to the designs, they just felt too boxy and awkward for my taste.
The shapes come across a bit harsh to me, and the straps and clips make some of the bags feel overdone. I can see how someone might like the look, but for everyday wear it feels more like it’s trying too hard than being simple or cool.

"Customer service was no help at all"
I reached out more than once and still got no real response or help. What made it even more frustrating was having to explain the same issue over and over like nobody was actually reading what I already sent. it felt like customer service just wasn’t interested in helping.

"I really wanted to like my Sans Beast..."
I really wanted to like my Sans Beast bag. It looked great when it first arrived. Nice shape, nice finish, all of that. But only a few weeks in, the edges started showing wear. Then the stitching came loose in one spot. Not even heavy use either. Just regular day-to-day stuff. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot sturdier. Disappointing. I wouldn’t buy it again
